Residency 20.07 — 30.08.2026
London
Each year, Schoeni Projects invites an artist to participate in our MLS Artist Residency Programme. We approach each residency as a dialogue rather than a deliverable — a space for the artist to observe, experiment, expand their practise, and be challenged, and for us to learn alongside them.
The 2026 resident is Hong Kong artist Go Hung, whose practice centres on found materials, public space, and the social conditions of city life. Over six weeks, he will be working in London with broken antique pieces and found objects, exploring the conversation between traditional hand craftsmanship and contemporary technological change — while using the city itself as a source of material and meaning.
As with all our residencies, we expect the unexpected. Documentation begins from day one.
On 22 August, Go Hung opens up his process to you.
